Job Description
Property Manager £16-20k!!
Experienced Property Manager required, North Leeds, duties will include: -
organising maintenance work on properties
preparations of inventories
quarterly inspections
deposit releases
moving tenants into properties
checking tenants out of properties at end of tenancy
serving legal notices
renewals of lease agreements
liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
liaising with utilities providers
