Job Description
Lettings Negotiator – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Due to an improvement in the property market our client is looking for a lettings negotiator who wants to take advantage of the upturn in the market.
Our client has a policy of promoting from within so this is a great opportunity for those wanting progression. Our client is a large independent. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Purpose of the role
To pro-actively market local property with a view to securing viewings and lets
Responsibilities
Handle all rental enquiries promptly
Vetting tenants to assess their financial status
Perform viewings for rental property and sell positively to achieve lets
Match tenants to properties and undertake viewings.
Keep in touch with all parties and negotiate
Selling all company services to landlords and tenants
Valuing properties to let
Preparing accurate property details
Taking enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants, booking appointments
Negotiating with landlords and tenants
Keeping landlords informed of progress during the letting of properties
Standard office hours Monday to Friday with rotating weekend work.
Salary: Dependent upon experience
