Job Description

INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE (NEW BUSINESS) LOCATION: Leeds City Centre SALARY: £15,200 + commission. COMMISSION: Uncapped BENEFITS: Private Healthcare, Life Assurance. Private Health Ins, Incentive scheme etc HOLIDAYS: 25 days per annum + 1 CEO day + Bank holidays HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

ROLE INFORMATION: My client is a well established, forward thinking online media organisation. An internal sales representative is required to win new business in the direct client team. Making outbound sales calls to maximise revenue potentialr, the candidate will need to be motivate and able to work on their own initiative to source leads and co-ordinate their own work load. This is a target driven role and high achievers are rewarded and incentivised to reach full potential. Excellent training provided.

The role would suit candidates who are passionate, determined target driven sales professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Target new business and gain new business acquisition. Taking detailed briefs from clients, obtaining all relevant information accurately. Extremely customer focused, delivering a high quality service to strengthen relationships. Meet and exceed targets, goals and objectives. Gain and expend knowledge in the relevant market to further develop own potential.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Must an excellent telephone communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, hard working and able to build strong relationships both internally & externally. Demonstrate a track record of skills in overcoming objections and closing deals. Well organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and able to use own initiative. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
