Job Description
Pre Legal Collections Advisor / Debt Recovery Executive / Collections Specialist
This role is based in Leeds city centre
Salary and benefits: £14500-17000 and uncapped bonus
Hours – Stable weekly shift pattern
COMPANY INFORMATION:
My client specialises in the Debt Recovery arena in both the private and public sector. They have an excellent reputation and are currently recruiting for experienced part time collectors.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
A dynamic, switched personality with at least 6 months experience of working in a debt recovery environment and a solid understanding of collections based roles. The role is UNSCRIPTED. In particular, you should be able to demonstrate any collections achievements – have you ever been top collector? What is the most you have collected in a month?
ROLE INFORMATION:
Make pro-active debt recovery telephone calls, to ensure that maximum collections performance is achieved. There will be some work on a dialler and some own call pursuit of accounts
Specialising in Consumer Debt recovery this position will involve you to deal with both Pre-legal and Legal Debt Recovery through to Legal action
Representing the company to the highest standards you will be responsible for liaising with customers and outside bodies including the Courts regarding customer arrears. Other responsibilities will include you to arrange payment plans, with customers to ensure they are comfortable and able to pay their arrears off on a regular basis. This role will involve a mixture between administration and telephone based negotiation.
