Job Description
Team Leader
£17000 - £24000 plus Bonus + Benefits (Halifax)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a fast growing, very successful business located in West Yorkshire.
My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated sales leader who can build and scale a high performance team in a busy call centre operation. In this fast-paced environment, you will lead a highly talented team, providing guidance and direction in multiple functional areas. You should be comfortable with change and passionate about general management and process improvement. You will be required to meet target and service levels to ensure that the standard of service delivery is not compromised.
Objective/Purpose:
Provide support by coaching, mentoring and motivating team to reach and exceed sales targets
Your main responsibilities will involve:
€¢ Take ownership of a high performance agent group with responsibility for all aspects of their performance and adherence to sales targets and the forward planning required to ensure continual improvements in performance.
€¢ Provide motivation, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.
€¢ Capitalise on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency.
€¢ Assist with training and development of team.
€¢ Utilise deep product and industry knowledge while serving as a strong cross functional leader.
€¢ Conduct weekly one to ones with each team member to review performance and listen to calls
€¢ Create and execute team projects to enable company to reach objectives.
€¢ Feed information on company programs and promotions to team and train appropriately.
€¢ Ensure all calls are answered according to company requirements.
€¢ Meet company and personal sales targets daily, weekly and monthly.
€¢ Provide support on escalated calls when needed.
€¢ Assist with the recruitment process for sales agents.
€¢ Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the department, and provide reports as needed.
€¢ Assist with long term strategic business planning as required.
€¢ Responsible for any additional tasks given.
