Job Description
Salary: 18,000
Working for a well established firm based in North Leeds my client is looking for a well motivated PA/Administrator to support the directors.
You will play a pivotal role within the company by carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:
Diary Management
Agenda preparation and writing up minutes
Prepare presentations
Update clients on behalf of the Directors
Take over Post, Incoming Calls to Directors
Take on Processing & Administration as required but to include all Client, Insurers and Suppliers
Provide full documentation for pre renewal meeting and post renewal agreements
Prepare reports to insurers
Confirm covers and terms to insurers
Ease instruction process and communication with other staff
Improve Best Practice,
Consider Utilities, Suppliers & Providers
Handle specific duties and ad-hoc projects as required
Consider complementary income streams and opportunities
Although having experience of working within Insurance would be advantageous this is not essential and my client is looking for candidates that will be enthusiastic about learning new skills and experiences.
